🏃🏻♀️NATIONAL FITNESS DAY🏃🏽♂️
Today we celebrated national fitness day in Crossroads. The children in P7 led a whole school HIIT workout filled with plenty of burpees, squats, planks and lots of jumping about! Keeping fit is so important. It’s fun, it’s simple to do and it keeps us healthy. Well done everyone! 💪🏼😊
