Healthy Me Workshop

🧠HEALTHY MINDS WORKSHOP🧠

Primary 7 engaged in a Healthy Minds workshop facilitated by Mensanna- Action Mental Health. They learned about ways to keep themselves physically healthy and also mentally healthy.
They talked a lot about the challenges that can come in primary 7 and especially moving on to post primary school and how they can prepare themselves and deal with difficult situations.

We were joined by Cara Hunter from SDLP who came to see the good work being undertaken by AMH.
