Welcome to our Primary 5/6 class page
We are having fun learning lots of new and interesting things.
In Numeracy we are learning all about time, co-ordinates, 3D Shape and of course our timestables! It can be tricky but we all love a challenge.
In Literacy we are looking at 'letter writing'. To make things more exciting we will write letters based on 'The Jolly Christmas Postman' by Janet and Allan Ahlberg.
In World Around Us we are coming to the end of our topic 'The Romans'. We have learnt about roman baths, made mosaics and have studied Mount Vesuvius in great detail. Our final project will be making a volcano using papier mache!
We have PE on a Wednesday with Mrs Marron and on a Friday with our coach Eimear
